Founded by brothers Rohan and Varun – Rovar Universal (Ro + Var) is a culmination of entrepreneurial excellence coupled with cutting-edge technological advancements to address real-world challenges faced by the kids’ footwear market to source quality goods at designs they love.
We started Rovar Universal to make premium footwear supply simple, flexible, and fast for all brands. We’re a UK-based commercial hub with trusted, ethically audited manufacturing partners in India—so you get the assurance of a local partner and the efficiency of world-class production, without high MOQs or slow sampling.
What We Do
The current footwear supply chain underserves two realities: upcoming brands that need small, premium batches to launch properly, and established brands that want to trial new lines without disrupting core production. Too often the choices are catalogue distributors or overseas factories with high MOQs, long timelines, and little design support.
We built Rovar Universal to change that. Headquartered in the UK and serving the UK and the wider world, we offer a design-first, co-creation workflow (with a 3D tool rolling out), expert guidance on materials/lasts, priority sampling, and audited manufacturing that can start small and scale to full production—all with clear timelines, quality control, and accountable support end-to-end.
How We Operate
